I built a single System Configuration page for branding and academic setup, accessible only to admin and content master accounts, with guests redirected to login. The page allows updates to system identity (short name, official school name, address, contact, email, website), branch colors and logos (theme color, accent color, sidebar system logo, favicon, login logo), report header and footer (header logo, optional banner, school name tagline, footer seal, footer text), and certificate/report letterhead. It also includes an academic config hub with live-count cards that open existing setup pages for registration period, grading period, encoding schedule, school year/term programs, subjects, curriculum, curriculum subjects, prerequisites classifications, grade levels, departments, admission website grade transmutation, and report card layout.

On Tuesday, Sep 1, I fixed hotfix : the underline is splitting under the label and value. i'll put a shared bottom border on both cells so it reads as one continuous line: name:. I also covered the remove: PDFF report report card blank page, the section monitoring enhancement, the level to code classification, the re adjust signature margin, and the IBED concern MGS and ecard.

On Wednesday, Sep 2, I updated record section W2 - student withdrawal. I also covered the import promotional report - preview and the avoid duplicate creation.

On Thursday, Sep 3, I worked on the a single system configuration page for branding and academic setup.. Only Admin (role name Admin or is_admin) and content master accounts can use it. Saving this also updates certificate/report letterhead. I also covered the eclass generation report, the homeroom attendance, the user activity log, the section adviser, and the ARU changes.

On Friday, Sep 4, I worked on the report teacher name generation. The stray period came from name formatting that always added . Teachers on Eclass and MGS now use a middle initial only when a middle name exists: Middle name Display Dela Cruz Juan D. I also covered the hotfix: subject matter expert -> subject teacher, the class standing components, the MGS and report card grade fetch, the attendance prefect rpeort, and the SF2 reprot generation.

On Saturday, Sep 5, I worked on the hotfix: timeout came from randomize person data: faker plus one SQL update per person row ran past 120 seconds. i’ll switch to a fast name list and batched updates, and raise the time limit for that admin action.. timeout came from Randomize Person Data: Faker plus one SQL update per person row ran past 120 seconds.
