On Wednesday, Jan 21, I worked on the adjust the importgradenewstudent logic so that it checks if an applicant already has a record for the current term and semester. If the person does not exist in the person table, it will always return "not found", regardless of how many records exist in admission_applicant. I also covered the htfix: update the semester dropdown so it only shows semesters based on the current active.

I left Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with no commits.
