Updated the the yearly summary now has an add not in list button beside generate perfect attendance, updated the it loads learners who qualify for perfect attendance but are not on the current list, updated the and opens them in the popup perfect attendance not in list, updated the review the rows, updated the then use submit to registrar, updated the those learners are added to the existing list and sent to the registrar award list, and updated the learners already on the list stay as they are for the yearly summary.
