Accomplishments

I added the decline process functionality to handle student withdrawal requests.

I updated the MGS view with significant data changes to improve accuracy.

I fixed the Report Card display issue that was preventing proper rendering.

I resolved data issues including a stray calendar row creating an extra May column, attendance term-4 row handling, school year start date processing, and status code inconsistencies between the grid and report card screens.

I added transaction logs for Windows environments to track system activities.

Updated the a stray calendar row is creating the may column, updated the attendance has one term-4 row on 2026-05-28 ("have class"), updated the before the school year starts on 2026-06-16, updated the it's a real recorded school day so the code now counts it (122 instead of 121), updated the but it adds a may column to every SHS card, updated the deleting or re-tagging that one row restores the clean jun–april layout, updated the the grid and the report card can still disagree on two status codes, updated the student subject attendance stores e and t, updated the but countattendancebystatus only looks for l, updated the x and ex — so an excused or tardy subject record is invisible to both screens, updated the it's only 34 rows database-wide, updated the and i replicated the behaviour rather than change it so the two screens stay consistent, and updated the worth fixing in both places together if those codes are meant to count for the two data issues worth a look.

On Monday, Aug 24, I updated record-section process CSS. I also covered the certificate type and the sidebar line.

On Tuesday, Aug 25, I worked on the two data issues worth a look. A stray calendar row is creating the May column. attendance has one term-4 row on 2026-05-28 ("Have Class"), before the school year starts on 2026-06-16. I also covered the transaction logs per windoews, the hotfix: report card display, the decline process, and the MGS view.

On Thursday, Aug 27, I worked on the i'll check how subject approval actions are rendered and move those buttons into the status popup. approve and reject now show inside the subject status popup.. The card still shows the subject, status, and teacher, and if you can act on that subject it also shows Approve and Reject. The kebab menu still has Log transaction only. I also worked on the prepare certificates now has header footer display controls, editable letterhead (including image upload), live preview, and a certificate and reports configuration panel.. I also covered the enhancement of mgs, report card, grade submission process, the conduct grade classlist, the daily collection report, the MGS grade calculation, and the subject order inb MGS.

On Friday, Aug 28, I added certificate config. I also covered the MGS print PDF and the TOR design.

On Sunday, Aug 30, I worked on the promotional report. Import Promotional Report buttons on Report Card, Report Card Configuration, and the Promotional Report page. How it works Choose school year and semester, then drop the .xls / .xlsx file. I also covered the prepare certificate process and graduation application and the cashiering auto fill base form amount to paid.

I left Wednesday and Saturday with no commits.
