Across Sep 14 – Sep 20, 2026 I worked on 6 days.

On Monday, Sep 14, I added student records.

On Tuesday, Sep 15, I worked on the upodate: add repair button in promotional report. Promotional import now matches a class by subject + the student’s actual section. It no longer reuses the latest class for that subject, and it no longer overwrites an existing enrollment section. I also worked on the revert "update: fetch classlist". This reverts commit 183d5f1cb38a062ed0cdccadff52ca790a19f12a. I also covered the revert "update: grade fetch", the modal display srudent ledger, the accomplishment overview, the SOA and student ledger, and the sitting overlay esign.

On Wednesday, Sep 16, I updated academic excellence award certificates. I also covered the stretch progress repot card catalog, the academic award certificate policy, the daily collection functionality, the cashieing configuration, and the reupdate: academic certificate.

On Thursday, Sep 17, I worked on the enrolled subject missing. Enrolled subjects were missing because Master Conduct only listed classes owned by that section. CLEMENT OF ALEXANDRIA, students are enrolled in electives taught under other sections, so those columns never appeared: ESS 1 (ST. I also worked on the conduct subject scope official enrolled. A student appears only if they are: Officially Enrolled (status_enroll = 4) Not withdrawn Still taking at least one subject (enrollment_class not withdrawn/dropped/dissolved). I also covered the saved remarks, the uodate master conduct prefect, the prefect conduxt grade sheet and report, the view details for SF attendance, and the conduct grdae - prefect portal.

On Friday, Sep 18, I worked on the uodate: perfect attendance report dropdown. The Section dropdown on Perfect Attendance now prefers classes that are currently in use for the selected school year, and only falls back to currently active sections when none are in use. I also worked on the wire report card from attendance. Report Card Days of Present now uses the same SF2 Attendance Report rules. Tardy days count as present, half-day codes count as 0.5, and every 3 tardies subtract 0.5 present. I also covered the unassigned to blank, the perfect ateendance skipping, the report card conduct grade display, the enhance, and the prefect portal and conduct grade display.

On Sunday, Sep 20, I worked on the and drop functionality , student evaluation. Add & Drop was listing curriculum subjects, not the classes actually encoded on the enrollment. Officially enrolled students could look empty when their load included retakes from another year, another semester, or a newer subject code. I also worked on the teacher role now shows whether that user already has an employee record.. On User Management, next to Teacher: If they are already an employee, a green Employee identifier appears. When an employee number exists, it shows as Employee · 12345. I also covered the user course restriction.

I left Saturday with no commits.
