I updated the shared instructor section offering conflict policy so it assumes one instructor ID per class or schedule group, and I documented that co-teaching with two instructors on the same day/time/room row is the gap, that the overlap math stays the same, and that only the teacher lookup and assign UI need to expand.

I added an identifier for all subject equivalents.

On Tuesday, Sep 22, I worked on the SHS section offering services. update: Update SHS Section Offering services to handle conflict schedule and multi schedule. I also covered the section offerinf teacher selection, the select one sched only if multi schedule, the registration enrollment setup process, the direct config for enrollment page, and the autofill remove in search subject.

On Wednesday, Sep 23, I worked on the reset password link. The password reset email now uses a proper layout, and the sender name is NDMU Kumosoft instead of the literal ${APP_NAME}. What the recipient sees: The subject is Reset your NDMU Kumosoft password. I also worked on the enrollemnt status - student portal. The status card still follows an old approval step and says “Listed.” This student’s current enrollment is stored as officially enrolled, with payments on the 2026–2027 1st Sem record. I also covered the admission tracker QR generator, the schedule display, the student portal, the ticketing and login contact support, and the kanban ticketing report issue.

On Thursday, Sep 24, I worked on the wired conduct grade in eclass submission process and enhance teachers portal. feat: Wired Conduct Grade in Eclass Submission Process and Enhance Teachers Portal The faculty load page now uses the enrollment v2 layout, and the filter and class data match the teacher’s real assignments. I also worked on the student duplicate merger function. The duplicate merge now keeps a single person and moves the finance and enrollment history onto the account you keep. The error in your screenshot happened because students #10519 and #26001 already share one person record, and the merge refused to continue. I also covered the prefill SF2 attendance, the SG section attendance, and the adjust text process display.

On Friday, Sep 25, I worked on the hotfix: academic coordinator modules are saved, but they are not showing in the sidebar. i’ll trace how roles and modules are loaded for navigation.. The sidebar never lists a module just because it exists on the Modules page. It only shows a module when both of these are true for the signed-in user: The user has that module’s role. I also worked on the google account sign in. The Google button rejects the sign-in before it uses the saved address, and a matched account can still be blocked after it is found. Continue with NDMU Google Account now looks up only gen_user.ndmu_email and gen_user.uni_email. I also covered the google SSO, the : eclass record grade submission - subject coordinator, the safescheme for ndmu email import, the bulk student merge function, and the error handler in import function.

I left Saturday and Sunday with no commits.
