Today I worked on curriculum alignment, enrollment reporting, and School Form 2 attendance logic. I also fixed a grading period subject linking issue and added a filter enhancement for teaching periods.
Accomplishments
I updated the subject curriculum alignment with 1,447 additions and 300 deletions.
I updated the percentage of enrollment as of the end of the month to convert to a whole number.
I updated the SF2 School Form Attendance Display so the opening row now counts learners enrolled on June 8, with the cutoff set to the first Friday of the school year (June 12) instead of the first Friday of the calendar month.
I updated the SF2 Reports Guideline and wired it to Section Attendance so the report now uses the same daily marks as Daily Attendance, with unmarked days staying blank instead of being counted as absences.
I added a filter enhancement validation so the current teaching period shows classes in the term now in session, and each term only shows the class for the teacher assigned to that term.
I updated the Section Offering banner.
I fixed an issue where saving the grading period failed because subject 5569 was already linked to grading period 98 for all year levels, and the old unique key only allowed that subject once per grading period.
